SparrowFeather crouched low in the long wavy grass, orbs blue as lapis lazuli watched a mouse scurry. She remained in place, still as a statue. Suddenly she pounced, landing cleanly on top of it and killing the mouse in one bite. She buried it to pick up later and continued on. White pelt shone with a heavenly glow. She stopped, catching the sound of a vole. She crouched like she had done to the mouse and pounced at it, taking it down too. She picked up the mouse on her way back and dropped it in the fresh kill pile. She herself wasn't even hungry. But it would be helpful to the clan. She didn't know how other clans had been fairing after the big war. DawnClan, NightClan and LightClan. Her own Clan, SunsetClan was getting quiet. A lot of cats had been lost including kits. SparrowFeather sat down. She watched a hawk fly overhead. A natural predator. She remembered her mentor IcePelt. She too had been of SparrowFeathers ivory colouring. She wondered where the rest were, it was so quiet. Her tail law neatly across her paws. Some would think that a cat from the forests wouldnt be well groomed but indeed her pelt was the colour of new fallen snow. Pure white. A lot had well groomed coats. They lived well sure the seasons could get harder as the temperatures dropped but they always found a way through. She looked around to see if anyone else was around.

Bengaled she sat quietly in a tree watching the creamy she hunt.She yawned for she was utterly bored and sore from the war. Her yellow gaze watched the land most was still since many of the clans were quiet. She sighed she missed going on missions and border fights. She was a warrior wasn't she? That was what she was bred and raised to do...fight. She watched Sparrowfeather for another moment and then gave another yawn.She wondered when Sparrowfeather would notice her.
